I suppose you can find forms or templates out there that can be useful, but the actual words that go on paper have got to be personalized to that particular employee and job. So, even if you had a form or forms, it really won’t save you a lot of time.
Usually, they are done on the employee’s anniversary, for example, so they are done throughout the year rather than hitting all at once. That way it’s a least manageable.
